Renee is accepting limited clients for hands-on organizing sessions, however when there is an opening, she will be happy to pre-schedule appointments one week in advance.

The hourly rate for oRenee Weatherfordrganizing your place of Business is $480 with a four-hour minimum. Additional hours may be added at a lower rate for ongoing jobs.

Hands-on Organization within your home is $95 with a 4 hour minimum (Current Special Pricing). This is for decluttering & organization only - any coaching or ongoing maintenance plans may be added HERE.

After the required four-hour minimum, additional time may be scheduled.  A typical day of Renewal takes between 4-8 hours per session, depending on condition. Additional organizing time may be applied as needed.

Cancellations must be made two days in advance.  (Please Note - A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied for any changes to this appointment unless an agreement has been made prior).

All research & shopping time is billed at my hourly rate, unless pre-arranged.

In home or at business locations within a 70 mile radius from Ventura, CA (anything over 30 miles will require a minimal travel fee).

  • We accept cash or checks
  • Credit Cards are invoiced through PayPal (with a 3% fee)
  • Payments are due at the close of each organizing session to receive this special discount, and all packages must be paid upfront.
